About Multinex
The memory and governance layer for AI work.
One governed memory for every agent you run — recall across sessions, share context between agents, and hand work forward without losing state. We build the infrastructure that makes AI sessions remember what happened, stay protected, and move work forward without losing state.
Why we exist
AI is becoming daily work. The infrastructure hasn't caught up.
Teams are running AI sessions every day — writing code, drafting documents, coordinating agents, answering customer questions. But each session starts from scratch. Decisions made last week aren't recalled. Context from one tool doesn't reach the next. And when something sensitive moves through an unmanaged AI surface, no one finds out until later.
Multinex exists to close that gap. We build the memory layer so AI work carries forward, the protection layer so sensitive usage stays governed, and the execution layer so agent workflows have checkpoints people can trust. The stack is MCP-native because the protocol is already where teams and tools converge.
We believe infrastructure for daily AI use should be sovereign by default — your memory in your namespace, your data under your control, your governance rules applied before compliance asks for them. Hosted, sovereign, MCP-native memory for AI agents.
What we build
Three products. One coherent stack.
Governed AI memory
MemQ
MemQ gives teams persistent context, decisions, runbooks, journals, and MCP-native memory so AI work can carry forward across sessions and tools.
Learn moreAI data protection
Shield
Every prompt, file, and tool action your team sends to AI is a potential data leak. Shield inspects, redacts, and gates sensitive work before it ever reaches an unmanaged AI surface.

Legion
AI work without governed handoffs loses state at every step. Munx Legion coordinates AI-assisted execution through approval gates, operator packets, and MemQ-backed continuity that carries context forward.
Learn moreWhat we believe
Four principles that shape every product decision.
Sovereign by design
Memory and data stay in your namespace. No cross-tenant leakage, no hidden sharing. Governance is the starting point, not a later addition.
Ship protection before compliance asks
Teams shouldn't need an audit to discover their AI workflows are exposed. We build protection controls that are useful before a policy requirement exists.
Name products after what they do
MemQ stores memory. Shield protects. Legion executes governed workflows. Product names should tell you what the product does the first time you hear them.
Build for daily AI users, not demo audiences
The workflows we care about happen every day — not at a conference. Real continuity, real protection, and real handoffs for work that uses AI as a standard tool.
